Hello! I am Angela, I turn complex processes into clear, usable systems that help teams move faster and make better decisions.
I began my career as a Visual Designer. In 2018, discovering UX reshaped how I approach design, shifting my focus from aesthetics to problem solving, systems thinking, and measurable impact.
Today, I design internal platforms and digital products that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve collaboration across teams. My work has transformed complex processes into intuitive experiences, such as redesigning workflows from 11 steps to 5, a Search Engine that enables 25,000+ users to find and interact with organisational knowledge across 80+ million documents through a conversational AI interface, etc. I work closely with product owners, developers, researchers, and AI engineers in Agile environments, helping teams move from ambiguity to aligned, actionable solutions.
